I offer confidential one to one counselling, phone counselling and video counselling. I use the Person-Centred approach as a foundation for my practice, as the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is an important aspect of therapy.

I have a number of years’ experience working with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, stress related problems, relational issues, bereavement and other mental health issues.

I also work with young people and adults in groups focusing on different topics such as self-esteem/confidence, developing emotional resilience, coping with stress, peer pressure, forming and building positive relationships and other challenges.
