I am a Therapeutic Counsellor trained in Integrative Counselling. I am based in Ashford Kent. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I work in an Integrative way drawing from Humanistic, Psycho-dynamic and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy theoretical approaches.

Working in an integrative way allows me to focus on each client’s needs individually, as different approaches will work for different clients. I have been working with young people, adults and families for over 15 years in several different settings ranging from education to community, providing family intervention support, strategies and therapy.
